Welcome to terrakeramika.hr, the official webshop of TERRA KERAMIKA, obrt za proizvodnju, usluge i trgovinu, vl. Tea Radić (hereinafter: “Terra Keramika”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or purchasing through this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

Terra Keramika offers handcrafted and custom-made ceramic items, including but not limited to:

Ceramic cups and mugs
Personalized ceramic items

Each product is handmade, meaning slight variations in color, size, and texture are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our webshop.
Custom-made items may require a processing time of 7–21 working days, depending on complexity and production volume.
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise noted.
Payments are accepted exclusively via Shopify Payments, which supports most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) and other regionally available methods.
Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in digital format and delivered by email.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used only in our webshop.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery time depends on product availability and the shipping destination, especially for custom orders.
Terra Keramika is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.

6. Returns & Complaints

As most of our products are made-to-order or customized, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include photos of the damage and your order number.

If your complaint is accepted, we may offer:

A replacement item (if available)
A refund or store credit

Complaints made after 48 hours or without evidence may not be considered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, text, and products displayed on terrakeramika.hr, is the intellectual property of Terra Keramika and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected through the webshop will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes arising shall be resolved before the competent court in Split.
