Shipping Information
In-stock items: These will be packed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is completed, unless we notify you otherwise.
Made-to-order items: Production time varies based on quantity.
For orders of up to 6 items, please allow 2 weeks for production before shipping.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location:
Croatia: Delivery usually takes up to 2 business days after your order is shipped.
Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Rest of the world: Delivery typically takes 10 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification with a tracking number provided by the courier service.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your package. Once you've added your items to the cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these factors.
Import fees
Please note that import fees may apply to orders shipped outside the EU. These fees are determined by your local customs office once the parcel arrives in your country. TERRA is not responsible for any additional charges related to customs or import duties. For an estimate of potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Once a parcel has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Please be aware that delivery delays may occur and are beyond my control, as they depend on the courier services and customs processes.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Absolutely! If you're in Split, you can place your order online and arrange a pickup at Terra Studio by appointment.
Return Policy for Online Purchases
We are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully, as it explains your rights and responsibilities under Croatian law.
Return and refunds
If you wish to return a product, please notify us in writing via email or letter.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
TERRA will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of ceramic products, returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If the product is custom-made or personalized to your specifications.

If the 14-day return period has expired.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your ceramic item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the item and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
